Compliance Guardian AI (CGAI) ABN 96 696 667 535 Banora Point, NSW, Australia

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website (complianceguardianai.com.au), including the Shadow AI Quick Check, our Resources Hub, and any content, tools, or forms on this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. These terms apply in addition to, not instead of, our Privacy Policy.

2. Who we are and what this website is

Compliance Guardian AI is an Australian consultancy that helps NDIS providers adopt AI safely and stay audit-ready, through compliance reviews, audit-readiness preparation, AI governance support, AI project implementation, and training.

CGAI is not a registered NDIS provider and does not deliver disability supports or services to NDIS participants. We work with NDIS provider organisations on their internal compliance, governance, and AI adoption. Nothing on this website constitutes NDIS supports, and using this site does not create a provider-participant relationship of any kind.

3. General information, not advice

The content on this website, including the Resources Hub articles, the Shadow AI Quick Check results, and any general commentary on compliance or AI use, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional compliance advice, and it isn’t a substitute for your own organisation’s obligations under the NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Act 2013 (Cth), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), or any other law or regulation that applies to you. You should seek advice specific to your organisation’s circumstances before acting on anything you read here.

The Shadow AI Quick Check produces an automated, rule-based indicative result (see our Privacy Policy for how it works). It is a self-assessment starting point, not an audit, a compliance certification, or a guarantee of your organisation’s compliance status.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, the CGAI name and logo, and the Shadow AI Quick Check itself, is owned by or licensed to Compliance Guardian AI and is protected by Australian copyright and trade mark law. You may view and download content for your own personal or internal business reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit it without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to: use it in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems, or the Shadow AI Quick Check platform; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or its underlying systems; interfere with or disrupt the experience of any other visitor; upload or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code; submit false or misleading information through any form on the site; or use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to access the site without our permission.

6. Availability and accuracy

While we take reasonable care with this website, we don’t guarantee that it, or any content on it, will be free of errors, viruses, or interruptions, or that access will be uninterrupted. Content is provided on an “as is” basis. You’re responsible for your own internet connection and device security when accessing the site.

7. Feedback and unsolicited submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or comments that aren’t personal information covered by our Privacy Policy (for example, a comment on a blog post), you agree we can use that feedback to improve our website and content without any obligation to you. This doesn’t apply to anything you submit through the Shadow AI Quick Check or our contact form, that’s personal information and is handled strictly under our Privacy Policy, not this clause.

8. Third-party links and tools

This website links to, or embeds, third-party tools and platforms, including our booking system, our GoHighLevel-hosted Shadow AI Quick Check, and links to external resources referenced in our articles. We aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party sites, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CGAI excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content, except where that liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (for example, the consumer guarantees that apply to services acquired in Australia). Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where our liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

10. Engagements and separate agreements

These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website only. Any actual consulting engagement, compliance review, governance project, or AI implementation work with CGAI is governed by a separate, signed agreement or statement of work between CGAI and your organisation, which takes precedence over this page for that engagement. CGAI acts as an independent contractor in providing its services, nothing on this website or in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between CGAI and any visitor or client.

11. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information, including anything submitted through the Shadow AI Quick Check or our contact form, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and CGAI regarding use of this website, and replace any earlier understanding on that subject. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we don’t act on a breach of these terms straight away, that doesn’t mean we’ve given up the right to act on it later or on any future breach.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

15. Contact us
