Services built around one outcome: safe AI growth. Compliance included.
Scoped to your reality.
Compliance, governance, implementation or training based on what your organisation actually needs.
Where we help
Four engagement areas. One operating foundation.
We start with your current state, identify what matters, and scope the work honestly instead of forcing your organisation into a fixed package.
01
Compliance & audit readiness
This is often where we start, not because it's the goal, but because it's what clears the way for everything else. Whether you're preparing for first-time NDIS registration or getting ready for your next audit, we review what you have, find the gaps that would actually matter to an auditor, and build a plan to close them, in plain language your team can follow.
Outcome: fewer rework cycles, less time re-proving what you already do. Thinking about bringing AI into your team’s work? Read our guide to adopting AI while staying audit-ready.
02
Governance for AI adoption
If your team is already using AI, and for most providers, some of them are, whether it’s been approved or not, this is how we bring it into the light instead of shutting it down. We build the governance framework that lets your team keep using AI, safely and on the record. And we work inside the systems you already have. We’re not here to sell you a rip-and-replace, we’re here to make what you’re already using safe to keep using.
Outcome: hours back from admin AI can safely take on, without new risk. Not sure which AI tools your team is already using? Our guide to shadow AI in NDIS organisations gives you practical questions to start the conversation.
03
AI Project Implementation
For providers ready to move beyond governance into active AI implementation, we support the build: identifying where AI genuinely helps your operations, and implementing it with a human reviewing every output before it reaches a participant or an auditor. These run as structured, bounded pilots, a defined scope and a defined timeframe, not an open-ended rollout.
Some problems need a custom build, some need a tool you already pay for configured properly, and some don’t need a new tool at all. We tell you which is which before we recommend anything. We don’t hand you a tool and walk away.
Outcome: reclaimed staff time you can point to, not just a compliance tick.
04
Training & education
Not every problem needs a consulting engagement. Sometimes your team just needs to understand what they’re working with. We run training for organisations learning to adopt AI safely, from foundational “what is AI and how does it affect my role” sessions through to leadership-specific training on bringing AI into existing decision-making. Programs are shaped around your team’s actual questions, not a generic curriculum.
Outcome: less time spent asking what’s allowed, more time spent doing the work. Wondering where AI fits into everyday documentation? Our guide explains what to consider when using ChatGPT for NDIS progress notes.
We don’t disappear when the initial work closes.
Our work doesn’t end when the initial engagement closes. Most providers
move into an ongoing relationship from there.

Adjusting the governance model as systems, risks and operating needs change.
Board reporting support
Help preparing clear reporting on your AI and compliance posture.
Useful answers before we scope anything.
No generic promises and no fixed timeline before we understand your starting point.

Every engagement starts with a conversation.
Every engagement starts the same way: a conversation about where you actually are, not where a package assumes you are.
