OUR TEAM

Our Team at Compliance Guardian AI

Aveline Clarke

Founder

Aveline founded CGAI to bring AI into the NDIS sector the right way, to support providers and participants, not hinder them. She focuses on what compliance actually feels like day to day, for staff, for leadership, and for the participants it’s meant to protect, and designs CGAI’s engagements so that experience genuinely improves, not just the paperwork behind it. Her work spans customer journey design, project architecture, partnership strategy, and turning complex compliance requirements into something a provider’s team can actually use.

Koray Serbest

Client Engagement Lead & Six Sigma Expert

Koray leads all of CGAI’s client engagements, and built the approach behind them on one belief: you don’t fix people, you fix the systems they’re standing on. That’s the only version of the fix that lasts, and the only way it ever reaches the participants those systems exist to serve. A Six Sigma-trained process expert, he takes on the genuinely monstrous side of compliance and governance, not the merely inconvenient parts, the actually complex ones, and simplifies it enough that people who care about their work can understand why it matters and put it into practice.

Remeny Armitage

Customer Insight and Engagement Consultant

With over 20 years of experience in client advocacy and insight research, Remeny has interviewed hundreds of end-clients to gain valuable insights into their needs and experiences.

She helps businesses understand their clients’ perspectives on process and compliance issues, aiming to turn them into advocates.

Her human-centric approach has been instrumental in building strong relationships between businesses and their clients while improving compliance strategies.

JOHN MCKENNA

Sector Advisor and Disability Advocate

John McKenna is a living experience practitioner with Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita, drawing on over 60 years of lived experience with physical disability and more than three decades of professional advocacy in the sector — including a role advising on the establishment of the NDIS itself. His authority comes not from theory but from lived reality: navigating the system as an individual, working daily alongside families and support coordinators, and sitting on multiple sector boards shaping policy from within.
