Aveline is passionate about optimising journeys, aligning purpose with genius, and helping businesses create seamless experiences for their people.
 
With a background in running large scale projects for stakeholders and staff at NAB and Australia Post, and then becoming Australia’s first Infusionsoft Certified Partner in 2009, she has extensive experience in technology and people alignment, automation, strategy, and end-to-end customer experience. Her unique ability lies in understanding people and process issues, finding appropriate solutions, and translating them into user-friendly automated processes.
 
More recently she has learnt more about the power of using AI for good, and how it can become a friend to us in business and life.
She is currently undergoing a certification as a Chief AI Officer.

Koray Serbest

Compliance Development Manager & Six Sigma Expert

Koray’s results-driven approach consistently delivers strategic solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and positively impacting the bottom line. 
 
His methodology centres on understanding the person first, then establishing a connection before proceeding with strategies. He has a passion for identifying the full scope of an issue, seeing how it impacts customers, and then finding an AI-powered smart solution to turn it around.
 
Outside of work, Koray is a devoted father who enjoys outdoor activities and long country motorbike rides.
 
Koray is currently undertaking a certification as a Chief AI Officer and has also completed numerous AI education programs.
